   Inspect raw materials and frac sand to ensure consistency and integrity.Prepare finished sand samples and perform physical and chemical laboratory tests.Maintain, test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices.Calibration of instruments and devices like Camsizer, Turbidimeter.Perform acid solubility test for frac sand.Perform turbidity test and crush resistance on frac sand.Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards and estimate sphericity and roundness of frac sand.Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately. Manage the quality control division and ensure all employees meet up with their responsibilities.Provide training and support to Quality Assurance team. Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines. Investigating the turbidity of all the sections involved in frack sand production.Ensuring each sampling site and mine field are in accordance with MSHA safety rule.Ensuring all samples collected from the plant are with in American Petroleum Institute (API) standard.Analyzing both the 40/70 and 100mesh product are within percentage specification standard.Conducting pressure test on frack sand to detect the resistant limit against drilling activities.
