April 2021 - present (Bangalore): Leading India-based software engineering teams building products that solve for Industry AI use cases: prediction, enterprise automation, relationship insights, and most recently, LLMs. Also driving several initiatives around scaling up the organization: hiring at scale, improving developer productivity, engineer training, and others. 20••••21 (San Francisco): Led teams that owned and operated the runtime and Integration with chat for Einstein Bots. This is a chatbot service that customers of Salesforce Service cloud could deploy to deflect initial customer service interactions to.
