   Supports the planning and execution of clinical research studies with a primary focus on clinical trial Site Selection and Site Start Up. • Tracks study status and timelines, and feeds data into performance metrics reporting for assigned clinical projects. • Ensures studies are conducted in compliance with the agreed study plans through CRO and/or investigator site contact. • Prepares potential investigator site lists and assists with their evaluation for study inclusion. • Reviews study-related plans generated by CROs and vendors, and ensures the documentation is in accordance with GCP regulatory requirements and consistent with the protocol for assigned studies. • Serves as main point of contact in study-level status updates for assigned studies. Prepare and deliver study updates at study team meetings. • Reviews correspondences and monitoring reports. • Oversee management of CROs, consultants and vendors. • Supports monitoring of budget(s) for assigned clinical study. Assists in evaluating proposals and change orders from CROs, vendors and investigator sites (as applicable). • Anticipates potential study issues and to prepare contingency plans. • Ensures assigned studies adhere to all applicable regulations and requirements. • Evaluates issues found in clinical studies, communication, and oversight of CROs and vendors with the support of Program Director and suggests and implements solutions and mitigations as required. • Mentor other team members.
