About Sundaram Sambandamurthy
Sundaram Sambandamurthy, part of Extended Leadership Team of C+AI Group at Microsoft’s India Development Center (IDC), is currently leading the Dynamics 365 Product Management team at across Customer Service, Omnichannel for Customer Service, Field Service and Unified Routing. He mentors and guides the team to develop relevant and high impact capabilities for CRM Customer Engagement Center (CEC) market, in close collaboration with Engineering team. Sundaram had worked in the IT industry for multiple decades, performing in numerous professional capacities and has amassed a diverse knowledgebase. His customers span across many industry verticals such as CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Banking, Travel and Hospitality, Telecommunication and Oil/ Energy. Because of the breadth and depth of his expertise, many regard Sundaram as the “go-to person” for challenging business and technology problems.
