Have 30 years of extensive experience in global service delivery of business process management services in Finance & Accounting. As the Global delivery lead for BFSIH F&A for WNS, have led program management and operations for a variety of large deals/ operations across geographies.Responsible for end to end relationships, growth, operations delivery, excellence and strategy amongst others. In earlier roles within WNS, was leading key F&A accounts and was the Centre head for Chennai. Prior to WNS, worked with Genpact for 6 years leading multiple processes. Am a certified Six Sigma Green Belt from GE apart from being a Chartered and a Management Accountant. Initial stints were in the manufacturing industry with companies like Shaw Wallace and ICI India Ltd in business finance & accounting and taxation roles.
