Preparing EPC proposal documents and estimating cost that to meet the tender requirement of packages. Planning and timely completion of proposals on time with higher quality. Work cross functionally to ensure customer satisfaction on all customer inquiries. Leading the drafting team to complete the layout part of the proposal in 2D/3D to make feasible and optimized solution. Analyze existing plant drawings/photos to make sure there is no interference with new equipment’s. Getting support/feedback from engineering team during pre-bid stage. Smoothly handling the proposal & cost estimation process and acting as the single point of contact to support the sales of the organizations. Coordinate with sales representatives and operations to ensure accuracy of orders.
