Responsible for performance of the teams at branch level, ensuring maximum productivity and revenue generation, through a variety of accounting services being provided to many UK based Accounting firms, ranging from Year-end finalization, Corporation tax, Management dashboards, bookkeeping and VAT returns, etc.• Developing the hierarchy and team composition for the branch and continuously evaluating and re-designing the same to ensure maximum effectiveness.• Review of jobs on periodical basis to locate any gaps and provide value addition.• Developing tools for quality control, such as SOPs, checklists, process notes, etc.• Leading induction meetings with new / prospective clients, enabling on-boarding of jobs with a long-term relationship in view.• Mentoring the team to up-skill themselves, while also arranging their trainings, and grooming them to reach next levels.• Presenting branch level dashboards and project dashboards to the internal stakeholders.• Undertaking various new projects for the future growth of the Organization, as well as revamping certain existing models.• Responsible for hiring, appraisals, escalation handling, and the like for the team.
