I come from a rural background and have always been inspired to work for people and communities at the grassroots level. My career journey has given me exposure to both the banking sector and the development sector, helping me build a balance of financial knowledge and community development skills. I started my professional career with DCB Bank as a Relationship Manager, gaining experience in customer relations, financial products, and credit services. Alongside banking, I have worked with respected NGOs such as PREM Foundation, CInI (Collective for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives), and Samarthan, where I focused on rural livelihoods, farmer collectives, and integrated rural development. These experiences strengthened my skills in community engagement, project planning, financial inclusion, and grassroots development. Academically, I hold an MBA in Rural Management from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar. I also completed my graduation (B.Com) from KISS University, Bhubaneswar. I am passionate about building sustainable livelihoods, promoting financial literacy, and supporting entrepreneurship models in rural India. My long-term vision is to contribute to impactful projects that empower small farmers, youth, and marginalized communities, while also growing as a professional in the field of rural finance and development management. I believe in hard work, teamwork, and continuous learning. I’m always open to networking, knowledge sharing, and exploring opportunities that create meaningful change for people and communities.
