Recipient of the Prestegious Presidents Medal for Meritorious Service and the prestegious Chief Minister’s Gold Medal for distinguished community service, I am a Learning & Development professional, experiential learning consultant, and leadership trainer with a deep passion for people, teams, and transformation.As a certified BLS, First Aid & CPR Instructor (AHA), and an internationally certified PHTLS & GEMS Instructor (NAEMT), I bring global standards into my work. My background in Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH), along with multiple certifications in disaster and crisis management, adds a unique dimension of resilience and preparedness to leadership development.I currently serve as Visiting Faculty at R.A. Mandkur Fire & Emergency Academy, the Civil Defence & Home Guards Academy, and for NDMA’s Aapda Mitra program. Beyond this, I am regularly invited by MNCs, private organizations, and business schools to deliver transformational programs on leadership, team building, workplace culture, and stress management. This balance of academic, corporate, and field expertise enables me to design experiences that are engaging, practical, and impactful.An adventurer and mountaineer, I have led high-altitude expeditions, promoted responsible tourism, and designed adventure and non-adventure based programs across India and abroad. My belief is simple: whether on a mountain or in a boardroom, the fundamentals of teamwork, discipline, and adaptability remain the same.As a coach and facilitator (Executive & NLP), I work with organizations that are committed to growth and change. I have partnered with corporates at all levels of management to create programs in transformational leadership, situational leadership, and team engagement.Community service continues to be core to my identity—as a Rotarian, Officer Commanding with Karnataka Civil Defence, and trainer committed to education, environment, and health initiatives. I also curate FLUID, an event celebrating offbeat art forms, fostering creativity and community.Above all, I believe that learning should be experiential, purposeful, and lasting—whether with children, students, teams, or leaders.
