I’m a Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics specializing in genomics, transcriptomics, and multi-omics integration for cancer research. Experienced in formulating testable hypotheses, analyzing results, and articulating findings for diverse scientific audiences. Hands-on experience in handling, processing, integrating, and analyzing large heterogenous genomic datasets. Experienced in working with cross-functional teams of biologists, clinicians, and data scientists to translate computational insights into impactful biological discoveries. I am a self-motivated scientist who works independently and thrives in collaborative, team-based environment. My goal is to lead innovation at the intersection of AI, genomics, and digital pathology, accelerating the translation of molecular insights into new therapeutics. Short Term Goal (2025–2028): I aim to advance genomics- and transcriptomics-based AI models, focusing on single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, multi-omic integration, and foundation models that connect gene expression, mutational, and tissue-image data.
