Currently serving as an HR Business Partner in Talent Management and Learning & Development, I am passionate about driving transformational change, fostering a collaborative work environment, and aligning people strategies with business goals.With a strong base in talent management, problem-solving, and team motivation, I thrive in dynamic environments where deadlines are tight, and challenges are complex.
