I am a MBA HR graduate looking for an entry level position in core Human Resources or related fields in Human Resources Management. I am interested to work in the Human Resources as I like to work with people and to know them, to solve their issues and to look after various aspects of people and the organization as People are the main drivers behind running an organization. I am looking for job responsibilities where I can contribute my acquired knowledge and skills as well as get to spoil my hands on various aspects of HR. I am interested in core activities in Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Organizational aspects and their development. My Graduation in English Honours and interest in reading and collecting various articles, books, and magazines and writing articles have earned me an interest in content writing and am eager to learn more in my respective fields. I also like surfing the Internet and networking with people from varied fields. I have got 2 months Internship Experience in Human Resources from Novotel Kolkata where I got to learn few activities of HR and related fields.
