When was the last time you thought about improving the efficiency of your business by giving yourself an extra hour of the day to focus on core activities or just to relax? Well, as an Online Business Manager for my clients, it’s my job to think about that every day. As an OBM, I am very proud to have expanded my role from VA to OBM. I have been in the VA industry since December 2021, where I’ve been learning the ins and outs of Virtual assistant – what it is, how to be better at it than the rest, and how to help others with it. During my time here, the clients I have worked with have hit such milestones as: Milestone 1: I am associated with a Waste Management startup where I assist the founder with fundraising applications, preparing KRA\'s for employees, and preparing a flowchart for a new project which has ultimately resulted in freeing up his time to focus on core activities. Milestone 2 : I am also associated with a Workspace Company, where I assist him with HR roles, KRA\'s of employees, and Weekly follow-up reports of employees which has ultimately resulted in improving the efficiency of employees and completion of tasks within the deadline. Milestone 3 : Worked with a client for handling her Instagram page where I helped her from the very first day of strategizing the company from the name till the product was launched. Also helped with the content, creation like bio, hashtag, caption creation, and buying a domain name.\" I got an all-in-one package deal working with you\" as the client quoted I’m driven by challenges and proactive roles. I love impactful work, especially when it involves problem-solving. This has all happened because of my prior to this role, I have worked for the last 5 years in the corporate sector, where I’ve been my Company’s point person for Finance, Administration & Secretarial Tasks.
