We have concluded that the best response to the challenges of the built environment is integration and collaboration. After adding interior design and landscape architecture, we introduced structural engineering in 2007, and by 2010 all engineering disciplines were in-house. We adopted the best assessment tools available - from EUI calculations to Fitwel criteria - and worked to publish our results. in 2016, we added a research team, LPAred, to improve performance assessment, conduct actionable research and complete feedback loops to enable evidence-based innovation.
