With a PhD in sociology of language, I\'m a mixed-methods UX researcher in B2B and B2C working to drive business impact and product innovations through AI-enhanced research methods and inclusive design expertise. I\'m a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC).My academic background in sociology of language gives me a unique lens for empathizing and listening to people\'s stories from all walks of life in both B2B and B2C.
