   At Renesas, I contributed to the development of full-custom analog and mixed-signal layouts for advanced power management ICs across multiple foundry technologies. My work spanned end-to-end responsibilities including: • Layout Ownership: Designed and delivered critical sub-blocks such as current-sense, comparators, EFuse circuits, and gate-control paths for power FETs under strict parasitic and area constraints. • Analog-Centric Craft: Applied symmetry-driven placement, common-centroid and interdigitated matching, shielding, and LDE mitigation to ensure performance integrity and first-pass silicon success. • Isolation & Reliability: Engineered high-voltage/low-voltage isolation schemes using custom N-ISO, P-SUB, and HVPW configurations to suppress substrate noise and enhance device robustness.• Verification & Sign-off: Executed DRC, LVS, EMIR, density, and antenna checks using Calibre/Assura; optimized layouts to maintain R < 5 Ω on critical nets and C < 10 fF for noise-sensitive paths.• Productivity Enhancements: Developed SKILL scripts and custom bind-keys• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered with circuit designers to align schematic intent with layout strategies, contributing directly to manufacturable, high-yield silicon.
