Hi, I’m Sumra a Technical Support Supervisor at UCSC ITS and a Technology and Information Management student at UCSC. I lead a team of 15 technicians to support over students, drive process improvements, and coordinate cross-functional training initiatives. I’m also a Principal Investigator in NASA’s L’SPACE program, where I’m diving deep into technical proposal writing and space-focused project development. My passion lies in project management, IT infrastructure, and leveraging tech to solve real-world problems.
