I am also experienced at counseling operating companies with respect to commercial leasing transactions, consulting relationships, purchase and service agreements and other relationships including strategic acquisitions of whole companies.Finally, I frequently help companies and their stakeholders with exit strategies including buy-sell arrangements, put/call/redemption arrangements and the sale of the equity or assets of the company.In short, I aspire to be a well-rounded, general business advisor.
