With over 28 years of experience in the IT domain, I am currently the Senior Vice President at KFin Technologies, a leading provider of IT solutions and services for the financial sector. I lead the service delivery, application management and delivery, IT project and program management, IT cloud operation, and RIMS functions, ensuring maximum business value and profitability for our clients and stakeholders. My core competencies include Application Development, database administration, backup, virtualization, project management, program management, and leadership. I have successfully managed a portfolio of projects with varying scopes, budgets, and timelines, utilizing the ITIL framework and the latest cloud technologies. I have also acquired certifications from renowned institutions such as MIT, BSI, Microsoft, and AWS, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and innovation. Additionally, I have a strong business acumen and strategic vision, acquired through my Master\'s degree from IIM Lucknow and my Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Outside of my professional endeavors, I am an avid musician and a published author. I enjoy playing the guitar and drums, as well as writing books on topics such as attitude, leadership, and motivation.
