Resulted in closing outsourced contract in Manila Philippines and bringing back operations to Canadian Data Centres being managed by 11 Blue Prism BOTs Currently leading (2022 – Present) the delivery and implementation of major RPA initiative within the Enterprise pioneering the use of Industry leading OCR engine for intelligent character recognition (ICR)
