After receiving her Bachelor\'s of Arts in Psychology, Rachel staffed with Youth With A Mission, an international volunteer organization for five years. Over half of her time with the organization was spent in Cambodia. While serving in Cambodia, Rachel worked with SALT Academy, Sports and Leadership Training, introducing soccer and leadership training to youth in orphanages as well as safe-house rehabilitation homes for victims of sexual assault and human trafficking. Upon return to Memphis, Rachel joined a local nonprofit working with human trafficking as the Assistant Director of their human trafficking team. Restore Corps was birthed out of that human trafficking team and Rachel currently serves as the Executive Director of Restore Corps. In Memphis, Rachel formed the Community Aftercare Restoration Endeavor (CARE), a network of partnerships joined together for the restoration of victims of human trafficking in Memphis. Rachel has also been an expert panelist at human trafficking forums at Union University and University of Memphis, as well as a speaker at multiple organizations and churches around the Memphis area including the Department of Child Services, AGAPE Child and Family Services, the Exchange Club and more. Rachel has been a contributor for Tennessee\'s human trafficking response plan as well as contributed to a number of national studies about services for human trafficking survivors.
