ABOUT SUMMI SINHA

Summi is a Management Consultant with the Mergers and Acquisition\'s practice of EY-Parthenon. She has experience leading and supporting both buy and sell side transactions ($3B -$69B), spanning across Sign to close, Close and Post Close deal management. She has directly managed projects with multiple workstreams and 2-5 direct reports. She works with PE and Corporate clients across industries with extensive experience in Consumer, Healthcare and Life Sciences.Prior to EY-Parthenon, Summi has experience as a Project Manager with a focus on strategic transformation/portfolio optimization, operational integration and process improvement across Healthcare and Human Development organizations. Summi is a Chemistry (Hons.) graduate with M.Sc in HRM from King\'s College London and an MBA from Georgetown University (Washington D.C). She brings a global perspective to her work, having studied and worked on site in United States, Mexico, UK, India and Ghana. She has delivered transformation projects with clients across North America, UK, EU and APAC.Summi is passionate about Educational and Health Equity, especially as a vehicle for social mobility, and is actively involved with initiatives which support and empower individuals, particularly Women.
