Lead a small team of technical writers for network engineering projects. • Perform technical editing activities for a network engineering team for domestic customers: AT & T (MCPTT, 4G RAN, and 5G NR), Sprint (4G RAN and 5G NR), and Verizon (CDMA/LTE femtocell, 4G macro, and 5G NR) product documentation.• Collaborate with the technical engineering group to develop and edit feature descriptions, Method of Procedures (MOPs), product manuals, product safety and warranty documents, quick start guides, and reference manuals.• Publish and maintain documents on the documentation website for internal and external customers.• Perform administrative activities related to the documentation website including: screen new user requests, maintain both user accounts and company access, troubleshoot customer issues, and collaborate with IT team regarding any changes to the website.• Perform administrative activities related to multiple Microsoft SharePoint libraries including: maintain user access and library permissions, maintain library structure, and troubleshoot all user issues.• Created and presented user-oriented training to the technical engineering team on documentation templates, practices, and procedures.• Converted and restructured documents in Microsoft Word and Author-it.
