With a background in design system management, UX/UI, front end skills, and product thinking, I help teams build consistent, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences, while exploring how AI can augment and evolve operations.Other responsibilities- Overseeing the creation and direction of the design system UI Kit and website including design guidelines, components, patterns, templates, and other documentation- Presenting the design system to stakeholders and ensuring that it aligns with FreeAgents strategic goals and objectives- Driving adoption and awareness of the Design System- Planning, shaping, coordinating and leading activities on Design System work with other stakeholders and partners- Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to designers and ensure that they meet the goals and objectives of the Design System- Driving efficiencies in the design and engineering process, enabling our team to deliver high quality consistent work on time- Creating an intuitive and visually appealing interface that facilitates the user\'s interaction with the FreeAgent product- Making sure our components and patterns are easy to use, intuitive, and enjoyable for our users- Conducting user research and testing to ensure our design system is effective and user-friendly for internal and external users of our system- Thinking systematically and assessing our design system ensuring that it meets the desired standards and objectives- Making sure our design language works across our digital products, which can improve usability, reduce development time, and strengthen brand identity- Working closely with partner teams including PMs, designers, engineers and researchers to create and refine work.
