Experienced office professional with over 15 years in administration, events, and program coordination, specializing in educational support and community engagement. I bring a culturally informed approach to my work, emphasizing inclusivity and impact. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Science Administration from Central Michigan University, I’m committed to continuous learning and professional growth. During my time as an undergrad, I have been recognized as a National Society Collegiate Scholar and most recently inducted in to the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. I work as an Indigenous Education Coordinator for a public school district, supporting the program\'s mission of providing academic and cultural support to Indigenous learners. I am impassioned with advocating for Indigenous youth and communities, and ensuring they have access to quality and inclusive education while feeling seen and represented. Experienced in strategic planning, grant compliance, and project management, I am passionate about fostering environments that empower individuals and support diverse communities. My background includes collaborating on culturally responsive programming and delivering results that strengthen organizational goals. Personal skillset pursuits include social media content creation, which I use to create and promote culturally relevant and engaging content, emotional intelligence, and cultural intelligence.
