Serving as a visitor center representative, welcoming guests, managing inquiries, and routing calls to appropriate departments. Department tours serve >14k students annually, not including family & guests. Collaborating with fellow ambassadors and continuously integrating visitor feedback enhance visitor experiences. Cohort of 27 ambassadors w/ 12% acceptance rate.
