Serves as a process manager of the services contracting process, by reviewing and verifying the legal and business aspects of Statements of Work (SOWs). This includes drafting, reviewing, editing the document and maintaining records by using a document management system known as Agiloft.• Provide support, training and information to the CDW Sales team and work closely with stakeholders to obtain approvals and negotiations as well as interact with third-party service providers and Customers.• Review and migrate content from third-parties into CDW template/standard format while checking for any potential legal, business and compliance issues.• Train new employees, facilitate training sessions with stakeholders, sellers, or other team members who need additional help and attend calls/meetings with stakeholders/Sales to address issues and find solutions.
