ABOUT SUMMER LIU
I am a 2L at the University of Nebraska College of Law with a strong academic and professional foundation in transactional and corporate law. I am continuously gaining hands-on experience in legal research, regulatory compliance, and formulating business-oriented legal solutions.My legal interests center on international business law, banking and financial regulation, mergers & acquisitions, and broader transactional practice. I am particularly drawn to the complex interplay between law and global markets, and I aim to contribute to cross-border legal strategies that drive innovation and responsible growth.At Nebraska Law, I serve as the Dean of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, Inclusive Leadership Fellow for 1L students, and a member of Nebraska Law Review, reflecting my commitment to both academic excellence and inclusive professional development.
