With nearly 10+ years of robust experience in strategic marketing and business development, I currently serve as the Vice President sales & Marketing at Agriplast Tech India Pvt Ltd, a leader in Hi-tech agriculture and Protected/Polyhouse Farming. I enjoy elevating agricultural productivity through innovative marketing techniques and strategies, while also fostering a collaborative and motivational environment for my cross-functional team.My core values of empathy and integrity guide my passion for building genuine relationships with clients and helping them find solutions that exceed their needs. As the VP at Agriplast, I\'m particularly proud of initiating and scaling the export department from scratch to a remarkable 90% of export in the company within a year. This achievement spans strategic expansions into South East Asia, neighboring countries (Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka), the Middle East, and African nations (Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria), marking a significant milestone in our global footprint.Before Agriplast, I honed my marketing skills as a Marketing Manager at Mydala.com and Assistant Sales Manager at IndiaMART where I lead the team to add suppliers, achieving significant growth and success in both roles. An internship at HDFC Standard Life Insurance also gave me the invaluable experience of working in the financial sector.I bring a balanced combination of strategic marketing, customer relationship management, team leadership, and negotiation skills to the table.
