As Head of HR Services at VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions), I lead and run a multicontinent service network, powering seamless, adaptable, futureready HR operations for Vodafone’s global strategy. As a key architect of Vodafone’s transformation, I’ve helped commercialize shared services and integrate Accenture’s €150M investment to build a nextgeneration, datadriven HR function-without losing the human in human resources. From process to performance: I turn HR into a business advantage that is seamless for employees, dependable for leaders, and efficient for the business. Across 20+ years, I’ve led enterprise HR transformations in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and APAC where I’ve helped architect and scale operating models that are technologyfirst and Alled, that help commercialize shared services. I champion ERP integration (SAP EVO, SuccessFactors), intelligent automation and RPA, and Aldriven analytics to unlock speed, precision, and personalization. In addition, I am responsible to oversee our centers of expertise offering learning and development, business partnering and resourcing services to our local markets. Key responsibility is to deliver a robust world-class HR services environment, and to advance the HR strategy for Vodafone Group and work closely with the Group HR Director of Vodafone Group Functions and other key members of the global HR leadership team.
