Project Details: Project Management Consultant (PMC) for Jal Jeevan Mission Project by State Water & Sanitation Mission (SWSM) at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.Location : GhaziabadDuties and Responsibilities: • Compilation and validation of Daily Progress Reports submitted by the Contractors.• Review and processing the Running Account Bills, Price variation, Revised estimate, variation items submitted by the Contractors.• Checking of the Running Account Bills submitted by Contractors.• Preparation of Bill reconciliation and regular updation of the same.• Assisting the Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader for examining the claims and preparation of variation orders. • Assisting the Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader in drafting of site coordination and Contractual letters regarding Extension of Time etc.• Review of the Construction programme submitted by Contractors.• Coordination and Compilation of all the documents that were required for Inspection.• Documentation of letters, Quality documents, billing documents and GFC drawings.• Compilation of drawings as per the requirement from the UP Jal Nigam and distribute to contractors.
