I graduated in Production and Industrial Engineering from MNNIT Allahabad (2024) and currently work as an Assistant Manager at AM/NS Ports, Hazira. My role sits at the intersection of operations, people, and systems within a large-scale steel manufacturing and port ecosystem.On a day-to-day basis, I’m involved in port operations, mechanical systems, and process improvement. I’ve worked hands-on with container stuffing and transport workflows, ensuring smooth movement of finished goods while coordinating closely with maritime teams for vessel-related operations. Safety is a big part of the job too—I’ve assisted in implementing and monitoring safety protocols for heavy equipment and port activities.I’ve also led 5S implementation initiatives across multiple port zones, helping improve workplace discipline, efficiency, and overall operational clarity. From a technical perspective, I’ve gained practical exposure to Forklifts, GSU Cranes, BU Cranes, and Gantry Cranes, including their mechanical components and operational requirements.One area I’m particularly interested in is digitalization. I’ve contributed to transforming manual finished-goods operations into more structured, data-driven processes, making workflows more efficient and transparent.At the core, I enjoy building environments where people, systems, and organized workflows work together seamlessly.
