Hands on experience in dealing with large mergers and acquisitions, Asset Purchase, Private Equity and Credit financing transactions, including post closing formalities and integration process. Manage the legal administration and global network of law firms in over 30 countries. Core member of the corporate investigation team for all disputes and investigations and an active member of the Corporate Risk Management team to provide support from a legal and compliance perspective. Spearheaded the company\'s Code of Conduct and related policies, training, translation and implementation of the policies in several countries. Member of the appellate committee for company\'s sexual harassment committee and conflict management. Manage complex commercial and labor litigations across several countries, provide alternate dispute resolution mechanisms for quick resolution of commercial disputes.
