With a continued aspiration to serve the medical care industry, I renew my passion by aligning with Fresenius Medical Care’s leadership vision to support and establish a new Global Business Services (GBS) center in Bangalore.In this exciting and transformative role, as Director of Location Strategy and Director of the Board, I lead the set-up and scaling of our new Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bangalore, with end-to-end responsibility across strategic, operational, and compliance dimensions.Key Responsibilities - Leadership & Vision Alignment: Driving the location strategy vision in alignment with Fresenius Medical Care’s global leadership and strategic roadmap- Legal Entity Set-Up: Leading the establishment of a compliant legal entity in India, in collaboration with regulatory and legal advisors- Workplace Strategy & Operational Scaling: Overseeing fit-out, design, and operationalization of the new workplace to support scalable, long-term operations- Finance, Taxation & Compliance: Working closely with Finance and Taxation teams to ensure robust regulatory, fiscal, and statutory compliance- HR & Talent Acquisition Collaboration: Partnering with HR and TA teams to define the talent strategy, organizational structure, and hiring roadmap for GBS India- Technology & Center of Excellence Development: Collaborating with global IT services to solution & transition the digital and technological foundation of the new CoE\'s in GBS India- Strategic board leadership: As a Director on the Board, drive governance, sound decision-making and stakeholder value in all aspects of the center’s establishment and operation.
