Roles and responsibilities.Role- Subject Matter Technical Engineer.1) Managing the development of exterior trim components such as Bumper, spoiler,wheel arch liners.2) Prepare the CAS feasibility report by taking consideration of DFM, PQ FMQ and supplier feedback along with FC and EC checks.3) Supporting to the module development, Internal Project planning to ensure on time release activity.4) Coordinate with technical specialists and acted as the primary contact for the vehicle line program team5) Creation of 4d documents such as DFA,DFM,DFS,DFMEA.6) Initiate the DFMEA discussion with the team of cross-functional experts.7) Reviewing the CAE report, applied design modifications, and collaborated with the styling team for implementation.8) Preparation of decision matrix sheet which helps to analysis Cost, Risk, andQuality factor.9) Handling technical and process issues, ensuring effective change management and product definition updates.10) Contribute to the VAVE activity by giving different idea.
