Focusing on Cost and FTE management towards committed strategic performance targets.• Assisting with strategic plans, annual budgeting exercise and forecasts.• Reviewing business performance with senior management and forming objective insights.• Creating scalability and efficiency through streamlining and automating processes.• Collaborate with multiple Technology & Operations units for preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.• Preparing the monthly forecast and presenting it to Senior Management.• Analyzing headcount (FTE) numbers along with joiners, leavers, transfer-ins & transfer-out on monthly basis.
