Responsible for sourcing RDF, Plastic waste & Agro waste and other similar material suitable for Kiln as well as Power Plants.3. Coordination with all internal as well as external stake holders such as plants, customers, transporters etc. to maintain smooth functioning4. Daily follow up with plants to monitor waste intake, bottlenecks and TSR %5. Prepare strategy to reduce Thermal Cost per ton of clinker produced6. Detailed mapping of waste generating industries7. Signed many contracts with MNC’s, Public sector & NGO’s regarding disposal of hazardous as well as non-hazardous materials.8. Providing continuous service to our customers, understanding their requirement by improving our service standards9. Follow up & Coordination with CPCB for necessary permission & support to meet certain obligations in our area.10. Responsible for fulfilling EPR obligations for Shree Cement Limited (Brand Owner)11. Vendor management & development
