   Responsible for cash collection & credit controller for US region.Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and payment histories with the help of D&B tool.Contacting customers by email and phone calls to obtain accurate information, daily following up on 50 plus accounts for payment dispute resolution.Set appropriate credit limits for customers based on their financial stability, payment history, and credit risk assessment.Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures, including credit approval processes, payment terms, and credit limit monitoring. Billing Issue invoices and statements to customers in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all billing information is correct and up to date.Ensuring timely payment from customers and minimizing bad debt risk.Handling the portfolio of $40M to $60M every month.Generate reports on accounts receivable aging, cash flow, and credit risk exposure. Analyze data to identify trends, assess credit performance, and recommend process improvements.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on credit-related matters.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.Setting up calls with customers for payment plan discussion.Calling up around 40 to 50 customers every day to chase for payment.Regular follow-up calls with customer AP/Finance department daily basis.Prioritize the collection of aging invoices; Focus on those that are 30+, 90+, 180+, and 360+ days past due to ensure prompt payment from customers.Responsibilities have included managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, with a particular focus on allocating suspense payments to the correct invoices.
