   In my current role, the deliverables includes - Manage medium to large sized change projects through full project life-cycle from the envisioning, definition of business requirements and processes, through to systems development, testing and implementation using Agile/Waterfall methodologies as per the PMO guidelines- Manage and execute deliverables for global teams, with reporting both locally in Asia and into the Global program stream- Develop business case (BRD), conceptual designs of “as-is” / “to – be” (business process flows) and translating business priorities and requirements into actionable, structured, project plans- Translate high-level Business requirements into Features and User Stories for IT consumption using Globally accepted Agile principles and practices- Contribute to Product roadmap and Release planning for different Iterations- Utilise communication skills in forming and communicating change agenda and gaining stakeholder buy-in- Maintain Product Backlog, Drive Refinement / Grooming / prioritization session with Business and Technology- Partner closely with Operations, COO teams, and Technology partners to define/re-define business processes and implement related technology solutions/workflows within Ops to support in Business activities- Report Projects progress with varying levels of complexity often involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrix of partners while ensuring transparency to key stakeholders- Assist in managing program/project financials, risk management and partners with technology program solutions manager for infrastructure requirements.
