I founded GEAR, a student-led sustainability club with the mission to drive climate-conscious innovation through engineering action. GEAR connects students with the purpose of solving real-world environmental problems through awareness, hands-on learning, and socially responsible technology. Leadership & Initiative Initiated the club independently under faculty mentorship, identifying a gap in climate-tech engagement on campus Built the founding team, structure, and long-term vision aligned with SDGs, Mission LiFE, and NEP 2020 Working toward official recognition and long-term institutional integration Innovation & Technical Alignment Designing student activities that merge sustainability with IoT, mechatronics, and automation Leading early-stage technical projects focused on clean tech, energy efficiency, and green engineering practices Community Impact & Future Vision Launched eco-awareness campaigns and sustainable campus activities Currently leading the development of Chandrapur’s first Green Future Summit – a student-driven initiative to unite engineers, experts, and changemakers for a greener future Through GEAR, I aim to create a scalable model where engineering education becomes a tool for environmental recovery and youth empowerment.
