I am a preclinical oncology R&D leader with 13+ years of research experience and 3+ years in biotech, advancing therapeutic programs from target validation through IND-enabling studies. I currently lead in vivo biology and translational pharmacology for a multi-asset oncology pipeline, supporting decision-making across discovery, development, and clinical transition.My work spans solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, with deep expertise in in vivo efficacy, mechanism-of-action, resistance biology, and rational combination strategies. I collaborate closely with Clinical, Business Development, and CMC teams to generate decision-quality preclinical data that informs portfolio prioritization, stage-gate advancement, and patient-selection strategy.I manage and mentor scientific teams, oversee global academic and CRO partnerships, and maintain accountability for preclinical budgets and execution. I also support external scientific diligence and partner-facing discussions through development-ready data packages and scientific communication.I am a highly cited scientist (20+ peer-reviewed publications;>1200 citations; h-index 14), including a Science Translational Medicine issue cover article.
