As a representative for the Data Science Department in the Graduate and Professional Student Government (GPSG) at Indiana University Bloomington, I advocate for the interests of graduate students by collaborating with university leadership, faculty, and fellow representatives. My role involves addressing student concerns, contributing to discussions on academic policies, and working on initiatives that enhance student life. I help organize events, networking opportunities, and community-building activities while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to drive meaningful change. Through this position, I am committed to creating a supportive and enriching academic environment for data science students at IU Bloomington.
