Site Inspections and Safety Audits: Performing routine site safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification to proactively address unsafe conditions and practices across all elevated work zones. Incident Investigation and CAPA Management: Leading investigations of accidents, near-misses, and safety breaches; preparing reports with root cause analysis and ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Safety Induction and Training Programs: Providing structured safety induction to new joiners and ongoing HSE training to workmen, supervisors, and engineers to promote awareness and safe work culture. Equipment Safety and SOP Compliance: Inspecting lifting tools, PPEs, machinery, and equipment to verify their safe usability; monitoring compliance with Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Method Statements.
