Working closely with the Stats, Clinical Data Management and Medical Writing team to discuss and resolve all the data or document related queries,9. Attending study meetings with the Clinical team and site operation team to understand the study requirements and provide inputs wherever required.Apart from the project related activities I have been the training lead for the new joiners and the interns within the team which helped them in their onboarding. I have also trained people within my team and across other teams on many process and tools related topics. I possess the hunger to learn more and more, that will eventually help me broaden my knowledge and skillset. I like to be in a team environment which really increases the collaboration skills and contributes in understanding diverse cultures and mindsets. Lastly I believe in optimism and always like to spread the same.
