Provided techno-managerial support to the Government of Bihar under the Gates Foundation-supported Digital Bharat Collaborative. Led implementation of the Four-Pillar Health Transformation Strategy across all 38 districts, including Facility Certification, FRU Strengthening, Governance and Convergence, and Outreach Service Delivery. Mentored over 200 field staff and Gandhi Fellows, operationalized the “One District – One Team” model, and institutionalized KPI-based monitoring at state, district, and block levels. Championed adoption of digital platforms such as ABDM, BHAVYA, and ANMOL, and represented the organization in strategic reviews and inter-agency forums.
