I am an elevator industry professional with 14 years of experience in service operations, maintenance management, and service sales. I began my career as a field engineer, building strong technical expertise in troubleshooting and maintenance, and gradually progressed into leadership roles managing operations and teams.Currently working with Mitsubishi Electric in Service Operations for Harayana region, I manage maintenance portfolios, customer relationships, subcontractor coordination, and overall service performance. Over the years, I have developed strong experience in breakdown reduction, AMC renewals, revenue growth, manpower planning, safety compliance, and handling critical customer escalations.I lead cross-functional teams and believe in leading from the front.
