Worked with GENPACT for the period of 3.5 yrs since June\'08 till Nov\'11. Have done Third party Transition for 3 months from USA & have been preparing SOP\'s Process maps, Flow charts & Dashboards. Chnaged process from US payroll to Commercial Loans in 2010, have been worked there as team coach by maintaining team volumes data & two times Lean certified in GENPACT. Joined Metlife GOSC in Dec\'12, Have completed (Train the Trainees) project for 1 month from USA. trained the team including QA, KT & AM for the process. Now working as a Back-up AM for the team by handling Team Accuracy data, Team production Data on weekly & Monthly basis. Resolving queries of the team as a Team Coach & been maintaining Quality Data & doing audits of the work complted by the team as Back-up QA (Quality Analyst). Currently joined EXL services noida as Assistant Manager in F&A profile. Have transitioned process of 8 FTEs from onshore (USA). Specialties: Certified in making SOP\'s & Process Maps, Lean Certified from GENPACT. Having clear understanding of the trackers & reports which are being made at the time of any new process Migrates.
