As Safety Professional: Conduct daily safety inspections to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and adopt preventive measures. Ensure all permit conditions are fully complied with & ensure that the work permits for executing the works. Investigates all accidents/incidents to determine root causes. Prepares investigation reports and assigns corrective actions and compiles reports. Monitoring safety complaints and following up with site team for closeout. Ensuring that sufficient welfare facilities available at site. Check proper maintenance, calibration and operation of all safety equipment. Conducting regular inspection and risk assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis. Educate the supervisor and working crew to follow safe work practice. Giving fire demo for Workers and visitors. Checking & compliance personal protective equipment of workmen at site. Ensure that safety equipment including PPE meets applicable standard. Conducting firefighting training. Scaffolding inspection & implementing scaffolding tag system. BBS & first aid training personality development training attended. Taking tool box talk meeting at side. Fire evacuation plan checking fire extinguishers. Awareness on safety among workers. 5’s & safety round & register maintained. Safety inspection for all work equipment including hand tools. Planning practical and effective methods. Both preventive and remedial, of promoting health and safety and safe working practices. Conduct self-electrical audit & EHS compliance per month. Safety poster and slogan to be displayed at site. Id tag for all electrical equipment’s including hand tools. Organized safety skit (drama) for workmen. Periodical checking of first aid box & record maintaining. Improving the standard of housekeeping at work place & making housekeeping team at every site. Conduct internal motivation programs per every three months.
