I have currently finished phase A DD stage and now coordinating Phase C. we are redesigning the building base on the current design brief, authority requirements like ADA, DDA, DCD, DM, Estidama, ITC, LDN, others. Our aim is to maximizing value and esthetics for the product. I have worked on various island development, Water front design, Multiple residential products, mini hospitals, amenities and luxurious restaurants. We have received client and Autodesk recommendation for red sea for design and quality of the product. We achieved clash free design. We have received first time approval by authority for Red sea, Azza community Najmat and Al Najah Projects.
