Advocate diversity and inclusion by finding suitable candidates from diverse background and nurturing an inclusive environment. Continually monitor the hiring manager satisfaction and effective performance by managing and leading a talented and motivated recruitment team, help with their professional growth, and align the benefits of using DESA with the reinstated metrics. Keep track of people\'s recruitment activities, trends, and report on the outcomes of each aspect of the recruiting activities.
